India's first physical cyber range.
A dedicated facility in Nagpur — a miniature smart city of working data centres, banks, hospitals, power plants, and water-treatment sites. Real hardware. Real SCADA. Defendable, attackable, instrumentable.

Scenarios we run, today.
Six core scenarios across critical sectors. Each runs as red-team / blue-team or purple-team, 1–3 days, on-site or remote-instrumented.
HVAC system compromise
Attacker gains access to building management systems via HVAC controls, disrupting cooling to trigger hardware failure. Teams detect, isolate, and restore safe operating conditions.
Stuxnet-style PLC sabotage
Malware silently corrupts PLC setpoints, driving the turbine outside safe operating limits until it trips.
EMR medication tampering
Patient medication orders in the EMR system are silently altered. The clinical team has no idea.
SCADA tampering
Operator HMI shows wrong readings; field devices are out of sync. Practice detection and safe recovery.
OT protocol manipulation
Commands on the OT network are forged to manipulate dosing and flow controls. The plant looks normal — until it isn't.
Train control system attack
Signalling and control systems are tampered with, putting train operations at risk. The control room sees nothing unusual.

physical cyber range.
A miniature smart city wired with real IoT and SCADA hardware — built for attack/defense exercises, red-team/blue-team training, and live product testing in a controlled environment.
